Always Clean and Professional

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Trish was not helpful at all and only wanted to show us 1 car nothing more. Whenever we asked her a question she ran away to the managers office and left us to sit there for at least 10 minutes at a time. This dealership showed me that they do not care not one bit about the customer and only want money. When we become frustrated about the trade in value the used sales guy Dale came to talk. He was so disrespectful and demeaning to my wife and I that we had to tell the manager to keep him away from us. We only started to get help when I threatened to call my father(past employee) then all the sudden the manager wanted to help us. This experience was so horrible I do not plan on ever coming back to this dealership. Even for basic matinance I rather drive far away to get help somewhere where they will at least try to show respect. Trish is horrible and is no help. Dale needs to be fired. Ive never in my life felt so disrespected as when he told me that they had to make sure the dealership made money even if that ment we didn't get any help. In the end we still bought the car. But we still feel like we were completely scammed. This dealership needs a compleat overhaul. I wish someone would have even tried to make it fair for my wife and I. Then maybe we would buy from here again. But as it stands now I will never set foot in this dealership again.

The entire experience was outstanding. We turned in our leased 2023 leased Equinox for a 2026 Equinox. The sales (Greg) and finance person (Brian) explained everything and politely answered my questions. Trisha explained all the features, controls and set up On Star. I have purchased or leased several cars from Matt Saxe Chevrolet. It is a wonderful dealership and I highly recommend them

Matthew Fillbrandt, Sales Consultant, knows how to take care of a customer. This is the 4th new Silverado I purchased from Saxe and by far, Matthew gets the gold star.

Matt Saxe Chevrolet is the best. Trish and Greg are knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to work with.

My husband got an oil change and when he picked it up there were two warning lights on the dash. He went back in and the servoce guy said the techust have broke something. It will be in on Wednesday again to check out the issue your guys caused.

Salesman and finance person were great. Only complaint is that the new vehicle was not very clean on the inside when I got it and had adhesive stuck all over the front bumper. I had to clean the vehicle when I got home with it.

Upon my initial inquiry - the sales person actually went out in the rain and sent me a video of the vehicle I was inquiring about. she was helpful and prompt at every meeting and I purchased the Chevy Colorado i had seen on-line

The service was on time and any questions were answered.

Trish did a very good job explaining everything. She was easy to understand and very helpful. We were looking at a 2 wheel drive Equniox, but changed our mind and bought a 4 wheel drive. She easily made changes to the cost and called us right back. On the way home we were having trouble. We called her and she knew right away what we were doing wrong.

Car was in for service on recall issues and there were two which were fixed in this one visit. Work was done in a timely fashion.

Our sales person, Trish, is a rock star! She did everything she could do to make sure we were satisfied with the offer and the car we got.

$250 to tell me the rear tires on my corvette are cupped? That is unreasonable.

Sales consultant was great (Matthew Fillbrandt)! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Actually everyone we dealt with we were very pleased with. Came in to look at a truck and ended up buying the same day.

Faith and Nick were very helpful and friendly. Faith answer all our questions and found answers if she didn't know. We enjoyed working with Faith.

Melissa was very knowledgeable and a delightful salesperson. I had an appointment with her at 11 am and I was amazed at how busy the showroom floor was with customers.

Issue came up with our vehicle and got it scheduled for check and repair. Loaner was offered and was convenient to have a loaner. Check came up as a one time code/issue and will monitor it. Strait forward and honest.

Great service and excellent customer support

The folks at Matt Saxe are very helpful with the entire process. I was especially impressed with Luke in helping me set up the car. I did not grow up with cell phones and computers, so I struggle with all the technology on these new cars.

Per the stars above. I rated them Excellent. For some reason when I select a star above, it didn't highlight. Service staff was friendly and accommodating even though I got the dates mixed up and came in a day late, I had the correct time, just off by a day. The lounge was comfortable while I waited. Coffee was good too.

Matt Saxe Chevrolet I don’t see the $40 discount on my invoice for the oil change, and when we pulled the tack out of the left front tire the mechanic said you’re lucky there’s no leak but the invoice charged me for a patch on the inside of the tire and I don’t see any proof of that.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Trish. She was attentive and listened to our concerns. She was not "pushy" and gave us time to think about our purchase. Kind and pleasant to work with.

What was supposed to be a 1/2 day service repair turned into a 3 day repair. Although I had a loaner vehicle, it was up to me to call daily to find out when my car would be ready. Poor lack of planning on the service dept and lack of communication.

My latest service visit was very good. From the friendly greeting from my service advisor, Kirk L., to the diagnosis and repair of the issue with my Tahoe, everything was excellent. Matt Saxe is a bit outside my normal daily travel range, but it is worth the effort to get my vehicle serviced there. Thank you

Great customer service

While I was appreciative of the last-minute quick lube appointment, the next morning, I woke up and all of my oil was on the driveway. The oil filter had been cross threaded. It was quite an ordeal to remedy on sunday. I called monday during business hours to notify about what happened. I didn't ask for a call back but since I wasted $130 on my oil change. an apology would have gone a long way..
