Tom was great to work with.

Scheduled the oil change/tire rotation. All performed as expected. A list was supplied on items to look at since the vehicle is the at the 100,000 mile mark and appreciate the feedback and suggested maintenance items. Also a Kwik Trip carwash coupon card was handed to me when picked up - Thanks!

As Always, the folks at Saxe took it in, sent me home with a vehicle to use, continued to diagnose the given explanation problem, found the code, ordered the part and had my vehicle running in time, so we could continue with a planned trip. Matt Saxe and his staff are the best around. Unfortunately I'm not impressed with GM Vehicles at this time. We have had our 2023 Suburban in 4 or 5 times now for the same reason in the past 4 months. We will go to start the vehicle and the battery will be dead. And my 2025 silverado 3500 has less than 4000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on twice for emissions issues. We're looking to buy another silverado for our son soon but if we continue having issues there might be a different brand in our garage.

Everyone is Very Friendly and Professional.. The Owner, Matt Saxe came over Personally and Greeted me .. which made me Feel Important to Him as His Customer. The GSM - Greg Simon was Great to deal with .. He told me the Price and Dealt with me as 1 Gentleman to Another.. The Service Advisor, Ms. Burgandie Brooks took me around the Service Dept so i would feel comfortable having my car serviced at this Dealership. Burgandie went and got Greg Simon and together they showed me My New Vette - Greg even had me start it up as Burgandie explained the car would be Hand Washed for Me... They made me Feel So Special.. and I'm loving it! The F&I Guy .. Tom Walsh made the paperwork a Breeze - He went over all the Numbers, explained the Title Work, Extended Warranties, and Gave Both my Brother and Me very nice Caps as a Momento of This Purchase - which is Special for us.. my brother & I went in together and both a Brand New 1969 Corvette when we were 17 & 19 years old.. So getting this New Corvette with my Brother there when I took Delivery - meant Something Special to the both of us .. And You ALL included My Brother in my Deal.. NEITHER of Us will ever Forget this Special Day at Matt Saxe Chevrolet.. And your Corvette Guru- Trish Malz took the Time to download the my Chevrolet App and then call OnStar to get my Profile build and Set-up my car... Tom worked with the same patience to finish with many times chges. The GM and dealership was such a pleasant surprise compared to large ones in metro . Our salesperson misinformed us regarding our vehicle so we purchased a vehicle that didn’t have an option she told us it had. However Greg did an excellent job with assisting us.

The dealership was very professional and helpful. Mike in particular was my main source of updates on the car. GM was slow getting the car to the dealership, but the dealership got it ready quickly.

My purchase experience was entirely remote, and unfortunately, I felt somewhat disconnected throughout the process. I only interacted with the salesperson twice, and both exchanges were brief and transactional. While I appreciated the no-pressure approach and the straightforward nature of the communication, the overall experience lacked the personal connection that helps build consumer confidence, especially in a remote setting. The area that needed the most improvement was the finance process. After I agreed to purchase the vehicle, the finance representative was not as prompt or responsive as I would have expected. I had to wait for key information needed to complete my down payment, which added unnecessary friction to the process. That said, we were ultimately able to finalize the deal. On the positive side, I’m giving 4 stars because the finance representative did step up when it came to arranging shipping and ensuring that some of the necessary paperwork was sent to my home promptly. That follow-through was appreciated. My recommendation: In today’s digital-first world, dealerships must prioritize the remote buying experience just as much as the in-store one. A seamless, responsive, and engaging remote process is no longer optional; it’s expected.

Labor cost is just outrageous

I informed the dealership a week prior to the date that I planned to pick up my new Corvette on 9-22-2025 and that I would like the VIN number for the insurance company and the purchase amount that I would need for the cashier's check to cover the purchase. No one returned my call so I called the dealership on 9-19-2025. They said they would return my call with the information shortly. It took 27 hours for them to get me the information. I missed the opportunity to talk with the bank and the insurance company prior to the day of the closing. I was told I should come at 2:30 on 9-22-2025. When I arrived they showed me my new 2026 Corvette, but they had not cleaned it so it still had all the dirty shoe prints and handprints from transport. As I was paying for the Corvette, I was informed that they would have the Corvette detailed by 2PM the next day. I told them that I had a driver with a trailer arriving on 9-23-2025 at 9AM so they would need to have it ready by then. When they brought the car to be loaded onto the trailer, the salesman didn't know how to operate the front lift. When they figured that out, they had to drive the car back because they forgot to fill it with gas. The entire experience made me feel like I was doing them a favor purchasing a Corvette from them. I was very pleased with the price they gave me, but the service was unacceptable. How hard it is to return a phone call. They had over a week's warning, but they were totally unprepared.
