I informed the dealership a week prior to the date that I planned to pick up my new Corvette on 9-22-2025 and that I would like the VIN number for the insurance company and the purchase amount that I would need for the cashier's check to cover the purchase. No one returned my call so I called the dealership on 9-19-2025. They said they would return my call with the information shortly. It took 27 hours for them to get me the information. I missed the opportunity to talk with the bank and the insurance company prior to the day of the closing. I was told I should come at 2:30 on 9-22-2025. When I arrived they showed me my new 2026 Corvette, but they had not cleaned it so it still had all the dirty shoe prints and handprints from transport. As I was paying for the Corvette, I was informed that they would have the Corvette detailed by 2PM the next day. I told them that I had a driver with a trailer arriving on 9-23-2025 at 9AM so they would need to have it ready by then. When they brought the car to be loaded onto the trailer, the salesman didn't know how to operate the front lift. When they figured that out, they had to drive the car back because they forgot to fill it with gas. The entire experience made me feel like I was doing them a favor purchasing a Corvette from them. I was very pleased with the price they gave me, but the service was unacceptable. How hard it is to return a phone call. They had over a week's warning, but they were totally unprepared.

The entire experience was outstanding. We turned in our leased 2023 leased Equinox for a 2026 Equinox. The sales (Greg) and finance person (Brian) explained everything and politely answered my questions. Trisha explained all the features, controls and set up On Star. I have purchased or leased several cars from Matt Saxe Chevrolet. It is a wonderful dealership and I highly recommend them

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Trish was not helpful at all and only wanted to show us 1 car nothing more. Whenever we asked her a question she ran away to the managers office and left us to sit there for at least 10 minutes at a time. This dealership showed me that they do not care not one bit about the customer and only want money. When we become frustrated about the trade in value the used sales guy Dale came to talk. He was so disrespectful and demeaning to my wife and I that we had to tell the manager to keep him away from us. We only started to get help when I threatened to call my father(past employee) then all the sudden the manager wanted to help us. This experience was so horrible I do not plan on ever coming back to this dealership. Even for basic matinance I rather drive far away to get help somewhere where they will at least try to show respect. Trish is horrible and is no help. Dale needs to be fired. Ive never in my life felt so disrespected as when he told me that they had to make sure the dealership made money even if that ment we didn't get any help. In the end we still bought the car. But we still feel like we were completely scammed. This dealership needs a compleat overhaul. I wish someone would have even tried to make it fair for my wife and I. Then maybe we would buy from here again. But as it stands now I will never set foot in this dealership again.

Very Fast and Simple

Salesman and finance person were great. Only complaint is that the new vehicle was not very clean on the inside when I got it and had adhesive stuck all over the front bumper. I had to clean the vehicle when I got home with it.

Faith and Nick were very helpful and friendly. Faith answer all our questions and found answers if she didn't know. We enjoyed working with Faith.

Melissa was very knowledgeable and a delightful salesperson. I had an appointment with her at 11 am and I was amazed at how busy the showroom floor was with customers.

Excellent customer service

Matthew Fillbrandt, Sales Consultant, knows how to take care of a customer. This is the 4th new Silverado I purchased from Saxe and by far, Matthew gets the gold star.

We enjoyed a pressure free viewing of available vehicles, made our choice and confirmed the deal all in a couple of hours. We were impressed with the knowledge and friendly atmosphere of the dealership.

Issue came up with our vehicle and got it scheduled for check and repair. Loaner was offered and was convenient to have a loaner. Check came up as a one time code/issue and will monitor it. Strait forward and honest.

Our salesperson misinformed us regarding our vehicle so we purchased a vehicle that didn’t have an option she told us it had. However Greg did an excellent job with assisting us.

The sales manager Greg was doing it all. I seen him move cars help other sale people and the finance part. Of all the cars we have bought over the last 35 years mainly ford. Karli and Greg are at the top of the list. Thank you for making it easy. Becky Belisle

Trish did a very good job explaining everything. She was easy to understand and very helpful. We were looking at a 2 wheel drive Equniox, but changed our mind and bought a 4 wheel drive. She easily made changes to the cost and called us right back. On the way home we were having trouble. We called her and she knew right away what we were doing wrong.

Matthew F was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stood out in a 40+ MPH blizzard and put on the new plates and did not complain one bit. Everyone at the dealership was awesome to work with! I will work with them again on my next purchase.

Upon my initial inquiry - the sales person actually went out in the rain and sent me a video of the vehicle I was inquiring about. she was helpful and prompt at every meeting and I purchased the Chevy Colorado i had seen on-line

Car was in for service on recall issues and there were two which were fixed in this one visit. Work was done in a timely fashion.

My husband got an oil change and when he picked it up there were two warning lights on the dash. He went back in and the servoce guy said the techust have broke something. It will be in on Wednesday again to check out the issue your guys caused.

Labor cost is just outrageous
